Daily Dietary Intake

Recommendations to add to your daily dietary intake:

  • #1 most important thing – eat right for “your” body.
  • Start you day with warm lemon water.
  • Drink 64 oz of water, daily.
  • Take a food-based vitamin, mineral & antioxidant.
  • Take essential fatty acids.
  • Other nutrients good to consider based on your health: Food based vitamins and minerals, essential oil, stress complex, energy enhancer, mood enhancer, msm & glucosamine for your joints, fat or carbohydrate blockers, blood sugar balancers, concentrated greens & fiber + much much more.

Recommendations to eliminate or greatly reduce in your dietary intake:

  • Soda – both diet and regular
  • Artificial sweeteners – known to cause cancer.
  • Caffeine – taxes adrenals & turns our system into a fat storage vs. fat burning machine.
  • Alcohol – red wine on occasion.
  • No MSG or other preservatives.
  • Reduce dairy. Pay attention to your body and listen to the dairy items that tend to bother your system.
  • Flour & water refined carbohydrates (bread, bagels, muffins, cereal, tortillas & pasta). If you must eat bread try yeast free or a sprouted whole grain.
  • Refined foods & simple sugars.
  • Fried foods.

*Worst food item to consume – it is a flour water + sugar + fried = donut.
