add to your daily dietary intake:

- Start you day with warm lemon

for your joints, fat or carbohydrate

concentrated greens & fiber + much

Recommendations to
eliminate or greatly reduce in your
dietary intake:
- Soda – both diet and regular
- Artificial sweeteners – known
to cause cancer.
- Caffeine – taxes adrenals & turns
our system into a fat storage vs.
fat burning machine.
- Alcohol – red wine on occasion.
- No MSG or other preservatives.
- Reduce dairy. Pay attention to
your body and listen to the dairy
items that tend to bother your system.
- Flour & water refined carbohydrates
(bread, bagels, muffins, cereal,
tortillas & pasta). If you must
eat bread try yeast free or a sprouted
whole grain.
- Refined foods & simple sugars.
